Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the ISP industry.
• Good understanding of customer business processes and project business cases with a business-oriented mindset.
• Experienced in RFP, tender/proposal preparation, and presentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and hardworking.
• Strong teamwork and professional presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Good medical record

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions.
• Suggest effective solutions based on client needs.
• Plan sales strategies in response to market/competitors.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Deliver presentations and demos to prospects and clients.
• Assist the sales team in reaching targets.
• Prepare sales proposals and train other reps.
• Work closely with Sales to close deals.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support including design and technical advice.
• Create custom demos and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Respond to the listed interview questions in English for selection.
