PT INTAAYA RETREAT CENTRES is seeking an HR & Admin Officer to oversee daily administration, inventory control, and island logistics between Sanur and Nusa Penida. The role includes petty cash management, attendance tracking, and HR support across departments.

Responsibilities cover payroll attendance, uniform distribution, staff travel bookings, meal coordination for third-party partners, and maintaining operational trackers with Google Sheets/Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Admin, HR, Logistics, or Inventory Control (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and MS Excel for reporting and trackers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily HR & Admin operations across campuses and island logistics.
• Manage payroll attendance records and petty cash reconciliations.
• Coordinate staff travel, uniforms, and stock control procedures.
• Track inventory through audits, requisitions, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate cargo, deliveries, and vessel bookings between Sanur and Nusa Penida.
