Job summary

PT. Graha Megaria Raya in Bali is seeking an HR Administration specialist. You will manage attendance, leave, contracts, and personal data while coordinating with the head office and hotel teams. Familiarity with Talenta/HRIS systems is a plus.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Hospitality Management, or HR Management and at least 1 year in HR Administration; fresh grads with hotel OJT are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with 6 months OJT/Daily Worker in hotels are eligible.
