Job summary

Lokale Resort Hotel & Villas Bali is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end HR administration for a new lifestyle resort in Pererenan, Bali. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, support payroll data, attendance, and leave management, assist with employee relations and internal communications, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 1–2 years HR experience, strong organizational and time-management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
Hospitality or property industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Support payroll data preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist with employee relations and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks as required.
Work with Edabu & SIPP Online systems.
