Job summary

Coway Indonesia is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage demo units, HP kits, sales tools, and other sales support materials. You will monitor stock levels, locations, conditions and movements, and perform regular reconciliations.

Responsibilities include consolidating requirements, coordinating procurement, distributing materials to Sales Offices, and preparing reports in ERP/Excel. Travel for stock checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Management/Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
• Relevant experience in inventory control, SOP creation, stock management, asset management, logistics or operations
• Good understanding of inventory control and data management, proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP and reporting tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with strong follow-up, communications, and coordination skills with external stakeholders and internal departments
• Willing to travel for stock checking, demo unit checking, preparation and distribution activities
• Willing to work overtime when required with applicable overtime compensation

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory data for demo units, HP kits, sales tools, merchandise, and other sales support materials; monitor stock levels, location, condition, movement, and reconciling records
• Consolidate requirements, coordinate production/procurement, monitor delivery, and maintain related records
• Process requests, allocate and distribute materials to Sales Offices/Organizations, and maintain handover and movement records
• Coordinate demo unit installation, pickup, maintenance, return, and reallocation; monitor unit status and follow up on overdue, damaged or unassigned units
• Prepare inventory and stock movements reports, maintain supporting documentation, and support development/improvement of inventory management SOPs
