Qualifications

Able to work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience using Lark and other AI tools to create tracking tables, project tracking systems, or simple systems is preferred.
Candidates with a background in data processing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track stock movement at the HQ warehouse, including monthly stock verification.
Maintain and update inventory records and documentation.
Handle and track SPP and AWB-related documents and information.
Monitor and maintain fixed asset (FA) records across assigned areas.
Support daily logistics and operational activities.
Coordinate and follow up with relevant teams to ensure tasks and projects are completed properly.
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
