Job summary

INDICO, Jakarta-based, is seeking an Inventory Manager to optimize stock availability and working capital. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations to align supply with demand, analyze inventory turnover, and maintain accurate stock reports.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in related field, 2–4 years of experience in inventory/supply chain, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related role.
Understanding inventory management and stock planning.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP/inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage stock availability and ensure sufficient inventory to support business and sales activities.
Calculate stock requirements and working capital needs.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
Monitor and analyze sales transaction performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure stock availability aligns with business demand.
Prepare and maintain stock and sales-related reports.
