Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking an Inventory Control Staff to monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile records with the ERP system to maintain accuracy. You will prepare routine inventories and audit findings for management, track movements, and support SOP implementation.

The role demands attention to detail, basic accounting or logistics knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma (D3/S1) in accounting, finance, management, logistics or related fields.
• 1–2 years in inventory, stock control, audit, or warehouse administration.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation and audit processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for basic data processing and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, comfortable with numbers and data.
• Willing to conduct physical stock checks and field audits when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
• Check and reconcile inventory data between physical stock, system records and supporting documents.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, variances, and potential inventory issues.
• Monitor inventory movements, including receiving, transfers, and stock usage.
• Prepare routine inventory reports and audit findings for management review.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and supporting records.
• Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and SOPs.
• Perform other inventory control and administrative tasks as required.
