Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or warehouse management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work according to SOPs, KPIs, guidelines, and policy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse branch operations, including collecting and distributing Cody tools & kits.
• Managing petty cash branch.
• Calling customers to verify purchases using oral English and Bahasa.
• Analyzing stock movement from warehouse to destination based on requests.
• Data entry for Cody profile data.
• Collaborating with divisions to ensure smooth processes and minimal field obstacles.
