Job summary

Jukesolutions is seeking a diligent Technical Writer to support our Security Operations Center (SOC) by developing, maintaining, and managing technical documentation.

You will create SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge articles, translate complex SOC details into clear docs, and ensure accuracy and consistency across repositories. You will collaborate with SOC analysts and engineers and contribute to periodic reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Ability to translate complex SOC information into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, WIs, guidelines, playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Prepare documentation and reports on security incidents, alerts, investigations, and incident response.
• Translate complex SOC information into clear, structured documentation.
• Document SOC processes including monitoring, threat detection, incident handling, escalation, and response.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with standards.
• Review, edit, andProofread technical documents for quality and consistency.

Job Desc:
Support team to Develop, maintain, and manage technical documentation related to Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and operations.

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), guidelines, playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to security incidents, alerts, investigations, and incident response activities.
• Translate complex technical information from SOC Analysts/Engineers into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Document SOC processes, including security monitoring, threat detection, incident handling, escalation, and response procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Conduct reviewing, editing, and proofreading of technical documents to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support the preparation of periodic reports
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories to ensure information is easily accessible and properly managed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity,or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technical Writer, IT Documentation Specialist, Documentation Specialist, or in asimilar role is preferred.
• Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, and information-gathering skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into clear, concise, and well-structureddocumentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Markdown, or Git is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicalteams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
