Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in BSD, South Tangerang is seeking an Air Freight Intern to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Order Management Solution Team and gain hands-on exposure to freight forwarding operations.

You will assist with shipment documents, filing, and coordination with stakeholders, while in a 6–12 month internship designed for final‑semester university students. This role offers learning opportunities in a professional, collaborative logistics environment.

Qualifications

• University students in final semester from any major.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Good command of English.
• Strong time management and self-discipline.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to learn.
