Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Warehouse Admin Intern in North Jakarta for 6–12 months. You will support the warehouse team with administrative tasks, document preparation, and filing, gaining hands-on exposure to freight forwarding operations.

Ideal candidates are final-year university students with strong English, time management, and communication skills, who are eager to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• University student in final semester.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for freight forwarding warehouse processes and operational activities under close supervision.
• Assist with routine and repetitive tasks such as shipment document preparation and arrangement.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of shipment records.
• Support internal communication and coordination with stakeholders as required.
• Assist the team in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
