Job summary

PT Inovasi Karya International is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional to identify and develop clients for international logistics services, including general cargo. You will generate leads, manage corporate accounts, and close deals from prospecting to negotiation.

liaising with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction, while tracking performance and market trends in Jakarta West.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in international logistics sales or B2B sales.
• Experience handling corporate accounts is preferred.
• Familiarity with general cargo and freight services is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage B2B clients for international logistics services.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for international freight solutions.
• Handle end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to deal closing.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing and Customer Service for smooth delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
