Job summary

Talent Insider, a growing HR consultancy in Indonesia, seeks a Training Specialist to develop and implement programs, conduct onboarding, identify needs, and deliver engaging sessions both in-person and virtually.

You will update materials, monitor effectiveness, coach staff, maintain records, and collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years in training, learning & development, or coaching.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage employees.
• Experience designing training materials for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Familiarity with LMS and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
