Haliatech is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join the sales support team, focusing on supporting field sales, preparing precise technical quotations, and managing administrative processes across the Test & Measurement industry.

The role requires 1–3 years in Sales Support and a technical degree, with strong Excel skills and fluent English. You will coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely order delivery and maintain up-to-date pricing for quotes.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Electrical/Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Administration in relevant industry.
• Ability to read technical specifications and understand measurement systems.
• Strong Excel skills for forecasts and funnel reports.
• Fluency in English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support Field Sales to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Prepare formal technical quotations and check proformas for accuracy and pricing.
• Maintain partner/principal sales funnel and generate forecast reports.
• Handle vendor registrations and prepare documents for tenders or large projects.
• Track POs from receipt to delivery with Ops and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review BOM for technical accuracy before sending quotes to customers.
• Screen inbound inquiries to determine eligibility for Field Sales follow-up.
• Serve as internal contact for principals/partners on stock, docs, and deal registration.
• Provide datasheets, application notes and calibration certificates to customers.
• Prepare internal sales reports from CRM data and keep lead and deal stages updated.
