Job summary

PT. Halia Teknologi Nusantara is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer to bridge product and market for Test and Measurement applications. You will build and maintain demonstration units and deliver technical content to support sales and applications engineering.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, hands-on test equipment experience, and fluency in Indonesian and English. You will lead webinars, create technical assets, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical/Electronic, Physics, or Mechatronics)
Hands-on experience with Test & Measurement hardware
Experience with LabVIEW and Python
Familiarity with industrial standards in manufacturing/academia
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Build and maintain physical and virtual demonstration units using core technologies
Create and manage technical content (white papers, notes, how-to guides)
Lead webinars and seminars with live product demonstrations
Collaborate with Applications Engineer and Sales teams on technical videos and brochures
Develop technical battlecards and competitive analyses for sales
Provide regional market analysis and identify future demand trends
Perform competitive analysis of products for the Sales team
