Job summary

PT Halley & Mellowes Australasia is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to support geotechnical sales in Australia, based in Indonesia. You will work with the Senior Product Manager in Australia to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions for a competitive market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering or related field is preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience presenting technical products and services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and align product offerings with their requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
