Job summary

PT HUNIAN DIGITAL ASPIRASI is seeking an admin/inside sales specialist in Jakarta Barat to manage inbound leads and keep records in Google Sheets. You will qualify prospects, schedule showroom visits with Sales Consultants, and coordinate follow-ups for non-responsive leads.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, with weekend availability and Bahasa Indonesia fluency. Some travel to JDC may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, inside sales, commercial support, or executive support.
• Background in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Proficient in WhatsApp Business and its key features.
• Based in Jakarta and able to commute to JDC and travel occasionally.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic written English skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and task-tracking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Register and manage inbound leads from all digital channels.
• Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets.
• Qualify prospects based on property type, renovation stage, timeline, and interest.
• Schedule showroom appointments with Sales Consultants.
• Coordinate follow-ups for unresponsive leads.
• Document client discussions, objections, and next steps.
