Job summary

PT Avip Interiors is seeking a dedicated Sales Interior Advisor in West Jakarta. This full-time role connects clients with interior design and solutions, acting as the bridge between our design team and customers to ensure personalized guidance and exceptional service throughout projects.

You will generate leads, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, collaborate across departments, and report on performance to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesperson within the interior design industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present concepts clearly to clients.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and industry trends.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales.
• Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Staying in Jakarta is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generating Leads: identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals: negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new projects while maintaining profitability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with design, project management, and finance to ensure seamless handovers and successful execution.
• Reporting and Analysis: provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.
