Job summary

Dekoruma mencari seorang Sales Manager untuk mengelola tim Interior Advisor dan Leads Generator di Kota Jakarta Barat. Posisi ini fokus pada pencapaian target Booking Fee bulanan, meningkatkan konversi leads, dan pengembangan proses penjualan yang efektif.

Anda akan membina tim, memberikan coaching, serta bekerja sama lintas fungsi demi pengalaman pelanggan yang optimal. Kualifikasi utama meliputi gelar sarjana di bidang terkait, pengalaman 3–4 tahun di penjualan, serta kemampuan kepemimpinan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Banking, Property, or Interior Design industry.
• Experience working in a service-oriented industry.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
