Job summary

Floothink 360 Digital Agency in Jakarta seeks an Account Strategist to manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth project execution, and to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

You will coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams on multi-client campaigns, monitor progress, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive in a Digital/Creative/360° Agency.
• Experience managing client accounts and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of social media, digital marketing, branding, and content/production workflows.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients under tight deadlines.
• Excellent business sense and revenue-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
