Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Operation Excellence or Business Process Improvement, esp. in financial industry.
• Attention to detail, critical mindset and self driven to get things done.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and solve problems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Nice to have: fintech/insurance project management experience; experience as business consultant in insurance/banking/finance; complex multi-stakeholder projects; SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ongoing and upcoming business processes wrt after sales services (claims & others) to ensure optimal workflow.
• Identify, develop, evaluate, and optimize core sales operational processes (target setting, incentive scheme design, reporting, metrics & SLA on claims and customer service functions).
• Work closely with operations manager and other stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives.
• Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurately (backup PIC as needed).
• Report to VP of Insurance to deliver action items for further improvements.
