Job summary

Moneed seeks an experienced insurance operations professional to manage premium, claim, and policy reconciliation and ensure timely processing. You will monitor disputes, analyze data trends, and drive improvements across workflows in collaboration with development, product, and leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in insurance, strong data skills, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication in English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in insurance (broker, general, or life).
• Strong data management for survey and claims data.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage premium, claim, and policy reconciliation and monitor claim processing to keep service accurate and timely.
• Prevent and resolve reconciliation and claim disputes, and handle escalated issues promptly.
• Analyze operational data and trends to guide decisions, and track KPIs to find areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that streamline workflows.
• Work with Business Development, Product, the Board of Directors, and external partners to keep operations seamless.
• Ensure operations meet industry regulations and company standards.
