PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a senior professional with deep knowledge of the Indonesian insurance sector to lead PMO activities and drive insurance proposals. The role requires strong relationships with insurer top management and a track record of delivering client proposals for insurance projects.

The candidate will oversee project delivery, coordinate business analysts and solution teams, and ensure proposals are well-prepared and aligned with client needs.

Formación

• Deep understanding of the Insurance industry in Indonesia.
• 7+ years in Insurance industry; 10+ preferred.
• Relationships with top management in multiple insurers, especially with Japanese connections.
• Experience submitting proposals to customers, especially insurers.
• 5+ years PM/PMO experience on insurance projects.
• Business-level English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute proposals for Insurance (Japanese/Non-Japanese).
• Research and connect with the proper PIC in Insurance companies.
• Prepare materials including company introduction and experience solutions.
• Meetings to clarify issues in person with insurers.
• Communicate with top management in Insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute proposal for Insurance (Japanese/ Non-Japanese).
   1.1.Research and find connection with proper PIC in Insurance company.
   1.2.Prepare material, including company introduction, experience solution and so on.
   1.3.Visit for meeting and clarify the issue.
2. Communicate with Top Management in Insurance company.
3. Follow up, tracking and revise proposal.
4. Kick start contracting, register internal system.
5. Run the project, create deliverables.
   5.1.Project Management (Progress, Issue, Risk, Cost).
   5.2.Manage Business Analyst team, solution team.

Qualifications:

1. Having deep understanding on Insurance industry in Indonesia.
2. Minimum 7 years (ideally more than 10 years) working experience in Insurance Industry, either as employee of Insurance company or as Consultant for Insurance.
3. Have relationship with top management in multiple insurance company, especially with Japanese related.
4. Have experience to submit proposal to customer, especially insurance customer.
5. Must have 5 years working experience as PM/PMO with any project in insurance.
6. Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
