Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an Insurance Specialist (Risk Deputy Manager) to manage corporate insurance across multiple jurisdictions. You will oversee renewals, term negotiations, and claim handling, coordinating with finance and engineering teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in insurance within manufacturing, strong English, and expertise in risk assessment, budgeting, and due diligence for M&A projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of insurance experience in manufacturing, broker, or insurer.
• Strong understanding of policy wordings and claims handling processes.
• Experience with international insurance markets is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail with analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal and new placement of corporate insurance policies across jurisdictions worldwide.
• Coordinate end-to-end placement, risk surveys, and asset valuations with finance and engineering teams.
• Review policy wordings, identify coverage gaps, and negotiate terms and premiums with insurers/brokers.
• Oversee major insurance claims with loss adjusters and internal stakeholders.
• Support M&A activities with due diligence and coverage arrangements for new projects.
• Prepare annual insurance budget and forecasts; analyze loss ratios and market trends.
