Job summary

PT Insura Media Solusi (Jakarta) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/PMO with at least two years of hands-on involvement in BA/PM roles. The role requires familiarity with SDLC models, project planning, budgeting, and setting timelines.

Applicants should excel in gathering and analyzing requirements, and be proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Trello, alongside a solid understanding of databases. Insurance or banking domain knowledge and IFRS/PSAK familiarity are a plus.

• Have minimum 2 year experience as BA/PM/PMO
• Skill in SDLC (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/etc)
• Skills in Project Planinning, Budgeting, Set Timeline
• Skills in Gathering Requirements, Analyze Requirements
• Skills in JIRA / Confluence / Trello / etc
• Understand Database & Query
• Have a knowledge in the life insurance or banking industry (is an added value)
• Have a knowledge in the IFRS & PSAK (is an added value)
