• Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking or related financial sectors.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of custody products, custody operations, and asset-servicing solutions.
• Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of capital market regulations (OJK/BEI) governing custody services.
• Commercial Skills: Track record in client portfolio management, pipeline development, corporate communication, and high-impact presentations.
• Core Competencies: Adaptable, high stress tolerance, achievement-driven, thrives in new business units.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Manage and nurture institutional client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Deal Structuring & Proposals: Craft strategic commercial proposals for institutional clients.
• Pipeline Ownership: Grow and manage a healthy prospective client pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal operations, Compliance, and support units for onboarding and service delivery.
• Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and capital market regulations.
