Job summary

PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee to support corporate client relationships in Jakarta. This contract-based role focuses on account management, cross-functional coordination, and delivering tailored banking services to institutional clients.

Ideal candidates have a business/finance/economics background, strong communication, and fluency in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus. You will work closely with senior management to drive client satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of banking products and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of strategic client relationships across the portfolio.
• Assist in identifying client needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive client documentation and records.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support execution of relationship management strategies and account development.
• Monitor client account performance and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Contribute to regular client reviews and supporting analyses.
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks related to client accounts.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
