Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive in Jakarta to drive telesales for cable products. You will manage calls, meetings, and data in C4C while pursuing targets and expanding the customer base.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales/sales administration, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication in English and Bahasa; SAP experience is a plus. The position is full-time in Jakarta with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2+ years in telesales / telemarketing or sales administration
• Sales driven and able to perform under pressure to meet targets
• Experience in industries such as Pulp & Paper, F&B, Data Center, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction
• Experience with Sales Costing in Excel
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for Number of Active Customers and Order Value in the designated area
• Expand contacts via phone calls, meetings, and other sales activities
• Ensure customer data is accurately recorded in C4C
• Use C4C for logging calls, tracking opportunities, and managing customer information
• Negotiate and close sales with proper documentation and quotations
• Coordinate with credit control to manage AR and ensure timely payments
• Collaborate with customer service on orders, returns, shipments, and fulfillment
• Provide commercial and technical support to customers as needed
• Collaborate with outdoor sales to prepare plans and meet monthly/annual targets
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards
• Foster a positive team environment
