Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years in corporate, project, or B2B sales.
• Two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies, plans, targets, and performance measures.
• Lead and coach sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
• Develop new accounts and project opportunities with owners, consultants, contractors.
• Oversee prospecting, quotations, negotiation, closing and project handover.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and finance on orders and payments.
• Analyze market trends, pipeline, and revenue forecasts; advise management.
