Job summary

PT YKK AP INDONESIA is seeking an IT Project Specialist to manage and monitor IT projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery in Indonesia.

The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, BRD development, system QA, database administration, and continuous improvement of processes and automation.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT/CS, strong SDLC knowledge, programming and database skills, and excellent communication to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong understanding of system development and software engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages: VBA Macro, VB.Net, PHP, Python.
• Knowledge of database administration: PL/SQL, SQL Queries, Triggers, Functions.
• Understanding of SDLC including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT project management and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT projects including vendor assessments, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
• Analyze business requirements and develop BRDs.
• Perform system analysis and create QA test cases.
• Develop, improve, and maintain applications using appropriate programming languages.
• Perform database administration including creation, maintenance, PL/SQL, and backups.
• Provide IT support and handle help desk inquiries related to business applications and systems.
• Coordinate with users and departments to identify requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain system and project documentation.
• Support system automation and software testing activities.
• Identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.

• Analyze business requirements and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Perform system analysis and create test cases for system Quality Assurance (QA).
• Develop, improve, and maintain applications using appropriate programming languages.
• Perform database administration, including database creation, maintenance, PL/SQL, and backup activities.
• Provide support for daily IT inquiries and help ticketing related to business applications and systems.
• Coordinate with users and relevant departments to identify system requirements and resolve application-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain system and project documentation.
• Support system automation and software testing activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement and process automation.
