Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy is seeking a detail-oriented professional to translate business needs into practical system solutions and improve internal applications. You will collaborate with business users and the IT Development Team to deliver system-enabled improvements.

Key tasks include gathering requirements, supporting testing and deployment, and maintaining user guides. You will identify digitalization opportunities and participate in breakthrough and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, business systems, application development, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, system integration, or web/mobile applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
• Passionate about technology, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
