Job summary

Axonect in Jakarta is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Telco IT solutions. You will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and on budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT project management, strong knowledge of telecommunications domains, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication is essential; immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Solid understanding of Telecommunication domains (BSS/OSS, Digital Apps, 5G, IoT, VAS, or Core Network infrastructure).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expert-level use of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Immediate joiners are preferable.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM is a strong advantage.
• Technical background as Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Network Engineer is valued.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for IT/Telco solutions within time, scope, and budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients (e.g., MNOs, infrastructure providers).
• Planning & Governance: Define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and track budgets; facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall milestones.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, develop mitigations, and resolve bottlenecks to prevent delays.
• Technical Liaison: Bridge gaps between technical teams and business units to align solutions with objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and Telco regulatory requirements.
