Job summary

Glints in Jakarta is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead delivery across internal teams and vendors. You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with SDLC and PMO standards, while communicating with senior stakeholders in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

The role requires at least 3 years of IT project management experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management.
• Familiar with SDLC frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and PMO practices.
• Experience delivering projects with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing tasks are executed on time within the approved timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with Users, PM and internal teams to prevent miscommunication.
• Remind Team Leads about expiring resources to prevent issues.
• Communicate effectively with local and international vendors and partners.

Job description

• Ensuring that all ongoing tasks are executed in accordance with the agreed timeline, without delays or any scope additions.
• Ensuring that costs remain within the approved budget allocation.
• Coordinating with both Users, PM and internal teams to prevent any miscommunication.
• Assisting in reminding the respective Team Leads regarding resources whose contract periods are approaching expiration, to prevent a recurrence of issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management
• Proven Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Agile), PMO/Project Management experience and knowledge of project management
• Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
• Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Understanding of SDLC & project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups & senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, and assertiveness
• Fluent Written and Verbal communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia

Group Office, and Shared Services Partners.

External (40%):

Communication with Local / International IT vendors & Partners
