Qualifications

• Experience handling IT projects end-to-end in a banking/payment ecosystem.
• Hands-on with project management tools such MS Project, JIRA, Oranges Scrum, Trello.
• Strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain technical issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid organization and time-management to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Project Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring that they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
• The IT Project Manager will collaborate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• The IT Project Manager must define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of tasks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Experience to handle project banking (switching, card management, Mobile/Internet banking, EDC) and POS System at least 3 years.
• Proficiency with project management tools such MS Project, JIRA, Oranges Scrum, Trello, etc.
• Strong project management and leadership skills are required for managing projects and cross-functional teams, as well as for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively priorities tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
