Job summary

All Star Partner in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a KOL Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, and to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns end to end. The role requires 1-2 years of KOL marketing experience, excellent English communication, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in KOL marketing.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Able to identify KOLs/influencers that match target audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience with KOL campaigns is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators
• Identify and recruit suitable KOLs based on brand target audience and campaign objectives
• Plan, coordinate, and execute KOL/influencer marketing campaigns from end to end
• Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, and deliverables with KOLs
• Coordinate content creation and ensure deliverables meet campaign requirements
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion
• Stay updated on social media trends, influencer trends, and relevant content creators
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to support brand and campaign goals
