Job summary

Breylee & Lanbena is seeking a KOL collaboration specialist in Jakarta Barat to build and maintain strong relationships with beauty influencers in Indonesia. The role requires at least six months of industry experience and hands-on experience with both paid and barter campaigns.

You will develop collaboration plans aligned with product goals, identify suitable KOLs, negotiate terms, and monitor campaign results to provide actionable insights for future efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the beauty industry.
• Experience handling paid and barter KOL collaborations.
• Basic English proficiency for communication and presentations.
• Strong network and database of local KOL resources.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; KOL contracts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with KOLs.
• Develop collaboration plans based on products and marketing objectives.
• Identify and select suitable KOLs for campaigns.
• Negotiate terms, deliverables, rates, and timelines.
• Coordinate content production and publication with KOLs.
• Monitor performance and analyze campaign results.
• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
