Job summary

NEWLAB+ Group is seeking an Affiliate Paid Executive in Jakarta to lead influencer partnerships across social platforms. You will execute strategies, manage day-to-day campaigns, and support budgeting for KOL programs that drive sales and brand visibility.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to design campaigns that blend creativity with data-driven ROI. A passion for beauty and skin care, plus strong negotiation and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter marketing including creator ecosystem, formats, and trend behavior.
• Strong communication skills with confidence when dealing with creators.
• Passion for beauty and skin care is a must.
• Willing to WFO at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define marketing campaigns on social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
• Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
• Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with KOLs and partners.
• Keep up with the latest marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to keep NEWLAB+ ahead of the curve
