Job summary

Veralto seeks a Regional Sales Manager – Industrial to lead revenue growth for Aquafine UV water treatment solutions in Indonesia. You will develop regional sales strategies, build a high-performing channel partner ecosystem, and translate complex UV applications into tailored business solutions for major industrial customers.

You’ll collaborate with product management, applications engineering, and global sales leadership to close complex B2B deals, achieve regional quotas within 12–18 months,

Qualifications

• B2B or technical sales experience in water treatment and UV tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• Proven sales targets in consultative, technical environments.
• Experience managing channel partners or distributors.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.
• Experience with UV disinfection or AOP is valued.
• Proficiency in Bahasa plus English.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth with strategic sales plans and quotas.
• Manage full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Build and nurture channel partners and distributors.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Drive new customer acquisition and manage strategic relations.
