Job summary

PT Contromatic Prima Mandiri in Surabaya seeks a proactive Sales Executive to strengthen customer relationships and close industrial product deals. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include conducting sales visits, giving technical clarifications, and managing accounts to hit sales targets. English is required, Mandarin is a plus, and a valid SIM A is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial markets.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Hold a valid SIM A.
• Willing to be assigned to Surabaya and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations aligned with tender requirements.
• Conduct visits, presentations, and technical clarifications to support decisions.
• Manage customer accounts to maximize opportunities and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and proper orders.
• Monitor quotations, project status, and payment progress; report to management.
• Negotiate with customers to secure orders and minimize risks.
• Support sales team operations and develop product and industry knowledge.
