Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow the Industrial Division business in East Java. You will develop new customers, manage existing accounts, identify sales opportunities, and provide technical consultation on METTLER TOLEDO solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and the ability to travel within Indonesia. Expect opportunities to engage with major industries and to advance within a global leader in precision instruments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation, Physics Engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in an industrial technical sales environment.
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia.
• Familiar with industrial customers in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Kediri.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales pipelines and acquire new customers across targeted industrial segments.
• Manage customer relationships and understand application requirements.
• Promote and present METTLER TOLEDO products and solutions to customers.
• Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, seminars, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
