PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an experienced Legal & Industrial Relations professional to manage internal policies, ensure compliance, and handle government and labor relations in West Jakarta.

The role involves coordinating across departments, registering policies, and representing the company in disputes. Candidates should hold an advocate certification and a Master’s in Law, with English proficiency and experience in Disnaker, Immigration, and TKA management.

Competenze

• Based in Jakarta; willing to be placed at West Jakarta.
• Advocate certification; Master’s in Law preferred.
• PERADI license is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with institutions (Disnaker, Immigration), and labor unions.
• Experience in TKA management and English communication.
• Experience creating PKB and PP.
• English is a must.

• Facilitate communication between departments to create or update internal HC policies (e.g., PKB, PP).
• Register internal company policies according to validity periods.
• Monitor and audit policy validity and updates.
• Provide timely support for industrial relations cases via the IR system.
• Act as a facilitator to resolve disputes by company regulations.
• Establish and maintain relations with government bodies (Disnaker, Immigration) and the company.
• Represent the company in bipartite, tripartite, and Labour Court disputes.

Job Description:

• Facilitate and establish communication between departments to create or update internal Policies in the HC Area (ex: PKB, PP)


• Register the internal company policy according to the validity period


• Monitoring & Auditing internal company policy and validity period


• Provide support & solutions for industrial relations cases promptly through industrial relations system


• Act as a facilitator to solve industrial relations disputes by company regulations


• Establish and maintain relations between goverment party (Disnaker, Immigration- TKA management) and company.


• Represent the company in bipartite, tripartite & Labour Court Disputes

Requirements:

• Living in Jakarta, willing to be placed at West Jakarta


• Have an advocate certification & preferable graduated with Master Degree's in Law


• Have lincense PERADI will be advantage.


• Have some experience to dealing with institutional (Disnaker, Immigration), Labor Union


• Have some experience in TKA management (and able to communicate in English)


• Have experience in creating PKB and PP


• English is a must.
