Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a qualified Industrial Relations professional to manage IR activities in a manufacturing setting. The role requires a law degree and 3–5 years of IR experience, with strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and CLA drafting.

The candidate will coordinate with labor unions, government bodies, and other stakeholders while ensuring proper handling of legal documents and permits. Placement is Bekasi, Indonesia.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Law is required.
• 3–5 years' experience as Industrial Relation in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and CLA drafting.
• Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
