• Lead internal investigations into misconduct or fraud and manage disciplinary actions.
• Draft, register, and communicate Company Regulations (PP), Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Industrial Relations: Manage communication and foster positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and relevant government authorities.
• Case Handling & Discipline: Lead internal investigations, process formal warnings, and manage terminations.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle bipartite negotiations, mediation, and conciliation, and represent the company in the Industrial Relations Court.
• Documentation & Regulation: Draft and communicate Company Regulations, PKB, and SOPs, while keeping documents confidential.
• Compliance & Consultation: Assess compliance, mitigate risks, and advise management on restructurings or labor issues.
