Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations professional to support the Senior Manager in handling employee relations cases across stores, head office, and operations.

The role involves managing misconduct, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations with a focus on policy compliance and fair outcomes. The candidate will conduct fact-finding and investigations, prepare documentation, and coordinate with HR, Legal, and store teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, HR, or a related function.
• Experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality/manufacturing or other high-volume environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Industrial Relations Senior Manager in handling employee relations cases across stores, Head Office, and operations.
• Assist in managing misconduct, disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations, absenteeism, and other IR matters.
• Conduct case reviews, fact-finding, and investigations gathering information and statements.
• Provide recommendations and support preparation of actions per policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare and review warning letters, disciplinary docs, case summaries, and IR correspondence.
• Monitor documentation and follow-up of ongoing IR cases.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Operations, Legal, and stakeholders for timely resolutions.
