Traveloka is seeking a labor and employment legal professional to join the Legal Team in Tangerang. The role focuses on Labor, Employment, and Industrial Relations, reporting to the Legal Manager at the BSD office.

You will provide strategic employment law advice, support internal stakeholders, oversee litigation, advise on industrial relations, and develop regional policies. The position requires strong English communication and independent work capability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law from reputable universities.
Minimum 5 years experience as employment counsel and/or industrial relations counsel.
Extensive experience managing end-to-end dispute resolutions.
Strong stakeholder navigation with internal and external networks.
Excellent English communication skills for regional and local teams.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic employment law advice to internal stakeholders.
Support stakeholders for employment-related matters across the group.
Oversee and support litigation and pre-litigation in employment matters.
Advise on industrial relations and collective bargaining issues.
Develop internal policies, guidelines and standards on employment matters for the region.
Manage and oversee external counsel relationships.
Conduct internal audits to identify employment law compliance risks.
Oversee document submissions to authorities in compliance with employment law.
Draft formal legal letters related to employment.
