Suryamas EP in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Engineer for Motor Industrial to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and demonstrate products to clients. This on-site role at Cengkareng requires building relationships and coordinating with internal teams to satisfy customer requirements.

The candidate should have strong sales skills, technical knowledge of motors and switchgear, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to client sites. Experience with ABB/Siemens is a plus.

Qualifications

• Understand industrial motor and electrical systems and translate features into customer solutions.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong customer service mindset.
• Proven sales skills: prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and long-term account management.
• Experience with industrial motors or switchgear is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for industrial motors and related electrical products.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for existing and potential customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product selection and troubleshooting.
• Visit customers regularly, maintain relationships, and report activities and forecasts to management.
