Job summary

ABB Motion is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive MOHP, Large Motors and System Drives sales in Indonesia. You will cultivate customer and partner relationships, identify new opportunities across key industries, and deliver value-driven solutions to enhance reliability and sustainability across East Indonesia.

You will report to Local Division Manager - MOHP and travel extensively to engage customers, while aligning with ABB's strategic objectives and ensuring customer

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or business development in the industrial sector.
• 3–5 years in sales, sales engineering, account management, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial motor applications, energy efficiency.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; valid SIM A; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms in line with ABB offering and strategy.
• Support marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
• Identify and drive new market opportunities in East Indonesia.
• Manage sales administration and assist cash collection and project support as needed.
