Job summary

ABB Indonesia is seeking a result-driven sales professional to drive orders for medium voltage products, systems and services within a defined market. You will lead customer engagements, articulate ABB's value, and work closely with the National Sales Manager.

This onsite role in Jakarta requires 2–5 years in sales in electrical equipment, fluency in Indonesian and English, and the ability to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical equipment or MV distribution.
• Knowledge of MV switchgear and distribution solutions is desirable.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Sell products, systems and services within the designated market.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative sales targets to drive order growth.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Support cash collection and project management activities as needed.
