Job summary

BeFa Industrial Estate is seeking a Project Lead – Industrial IoT & Managed Services to develop IoT solutions and managed services for industrial customers, from opportunity identification to implementation coordination.

You will translate customer needs into measurable technology solutions, prepare pricing, coordinate surveys and PoC, and lead a small cross-functional team while ensuring SLA commitments and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in business development, solution sales, project management, or B2B technology services.
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals, scope of work, cost calculations, pricing and margins; understanding of contract models including CAPEX, OPEX.

Responsibilities

• Develop IoT solutions and managed services business for industrial customers.
• Translate customer operational needs into measurable technology solutions.
• Prepare pricing, margins, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate surveys, proof of concept, implementation, and handover with engineers and vendors.
• Ensure SLA commitments align with operational capability; lead a small cross-functional team; report pipeline and progress.
